The Qeytarieh Residential Building was shaped by the constraints imposed by its site geometry and urban setting. The design approach focuses on maximizing the efficient use of available space while meeting residential building regulations and maintaining a high quality of living environments. With a total built-up area of 4,700 m², the project comprises ten above-ground floors and three basement levels.
