Emārat Residential Tower reimagines the integration of urban density and nature. Designed to preserve the existing green landscape through a contemporary architectural language, the project emerged as the winner of a prestigious design competition. Situated south of Farmaniyeh Street and enveloped by ancient gardens, the development spans 16,000 m², featuring 14 residential floors and 6 subterranean levels.
