Located in Chizar, Kamranieh, Tehran, the project occupies a 1,330 m² urban site shaped by contrasting spatial potentials. While the southern edge directly engages Golbarg Street, the northern side opens toward mountain views and opportunities for optimized daylight. The architectural strategy is structured around two distinct courtyards: a southern entrance courtyard conceived as an urban threshold mediating between city and building, and a northern recessed courtyard generated through deliberate façade setbacks. Together, these spaces articulate a spatial gradient from public to semi-private. The southern courtyard functions as an active social interface, fostering interaction at the urban scale, while the northern courtyard plays a climatic and spatial role, providing natural light and ventilation for the ground-floor swimming pool and adjacent interior spaces.
